H there, I apologize if you had trouble with the top coat. I don’t believe you reached out to the shop directly to fix this but we are more than willing to get your nails back in order. Sometimes products (even top coats) have a way of not curing all the way or being a part of a bad batch. Feel free to reach out and I’ll gladly take care of the top coat issue. 🖤

I recently moved to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area in early February, and after two attempts at looking for a new nail tech I thought I was never going t...o find someone that does quality work. I am picky when it comes to my hands, so you can imagine the struggle. A friend of mine came across Lauren’s IG, @thegelspot, and I saw it was 7 minutes from my apartment and her work looked great, so I booked right away! Apart from the fact that Lauren is an absolute sweetheart, I could not be more happier with my nails. She was careful, took her time, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I have already rebooked her for my next appointment. Highly recommend Lauren for any service she offers because I’m sure that she kills it in everything she does. For reference, I got a structured gel manicure (generic name for Luminary). Hope you end up loving her just as much as I did. Show more
