Had a great experience here, specifically with Ness! She was fast but also very thorough. Really kind and welcoming. She offered to test two colors on... me to help me decide for both my fingers and toes. Both my manicure and gel pedicure came out wonderful. Even though it was a “basic” pedicure, it felt very detail oriented and relaxing. Would 10/10 come back and would love to try getting Gel X or similar— please add this as an option on ClassPass! The team goes out of their way to accommodate you - you...r schedule, specific needs, etc. additionally, they care to chat with you if you’re wanting interaction, but truly pleasant if you’d like to sit back and relax. my wife came here to get her nails done and a day after, two nails came off- not because she neglected to take care of them post application but becau...se the tech failed to do a good job. She called back and asked if she could come back and get them re done, the nail tech told her it was totally fine to come back and get them redone. So She went back the second time to get them redone and it was such a bad job again. It’s now 7 weeks later, her nails still aren’t fully healed and I feel bad because they’ve been irritating her for weeks now. I felt this review was warranted because of her discomfort. Show more

What an amazing experience! I came here for a facial with Ness. Ness is very friendly and welcoming. She is also thorough, taking to learn the issues ...I have with my skin and evaluating the state of my skin. Based on my skin and specific issues, she explained the plan for my facial and got to work. Throughout the facial, Ness checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. All the products she used had a lovely, soft scent. She is experienced, has great technique, and I love that she included good facial massage. I will definitely return and highly recommend Ness.
