Called before my appointment and asked for a style from their website. I sent pics and after almost an hour the owner realized her braided was giving ...me the wrong hair style. When asked to redescribe they told me they couldn’t do it and asked why I didn’t send a pic. She took my braids down and I left. They tried to accuse me of stealing my own braid hair that I arrived with too! They didn’t try to understand or offer any alternatives other than attitude. They are money hungry and got upset that I wouldn’t get medium and extra large braids together- no!!! Show more

Very sweet ladies there. Very efficient and talented. I had some hair damage due to wigs and they STILL did and amazing job. They have reasonable pric...es and they can also provide the hair for an upcharge. They play wonderful music. My favorite song was Eunice Manyanga - Témoignage. I will be back! ☺️ Show more

I’ve been here a few times for me and my daughter my first experience a year ago was great, however the last 2 times customers services has been terri...ble and owner has a nasty attitude. I also tried to book a hair appointment via text and got rude response on booking. So as a result I did not move forward.. stylist are talented however lost a customer due to unprofessionalism. Walked in sat for 2 seconds and google another salon and left.There was no air in there no fans it was hot a$$ hell.When i was leaving one of the 2 la...dies had the audacity to ask me was there a problem?Well hell Yes it is .It's hott as fish grease in her. The patrons that was in the seat was complaining about the heat telling to not braid her her all the way she was ready to go because it was to hot. The guy who got his dreads retwisted said he had to keep walking outside to keep from passing out. I will never go here. First impression are lasting,and word of mouth can make a business or break it. You all need to do better. If your air wasn't work your not far from Walmart go buy some fans. That was crazy how hot it was in there. Show more

Called by mistake so decided to make an appt despite not looking to get my hair braided at the time. The appt was easy to get. My appt was at 10am the... next day (Friday). Sophia did my hair. She was really sweet. I got knotless braids for the first time and I like them. I'm sure I'll be back when in town again. My braids are mid back. She didnt braid my hair too tight which I appreciate because I have never had a problem with my hair falling out and I don't want to start. I did see that they switched up on heads...I wouldn't like that but the other ladies didn't seem to mind. The only thing that happened was her pretty sleeves on her dress kept hitting me in the face. You should wear something that doesn't come in contact with your client. She tried to roll it up but it didn't help. Other than that I had a great experience. Show more

Very bad experience for my first time she was talking over me and didn’t let me have a opinion of my own hair she said a price first and gave me an hi...gher priced when I got there,she would grip on my hair like there was no tomorrow, she talked over the phone for 5 hours very loud she didn’t even care on making a conversation, very rude service, would not recommended. This is my new favorite braiding salon. I've been to several braiding salons in the fw area, but this one has it. The ladies are professional, the pri...ces are reasonable, and the work LASTS! I've had knotless box braid I wanted to snatch out after two weeks because they looked a frizzy mess. Not at K glamor. I've had my knotless box braids since mid November. It's damn near March? The only way to even tell is by the new growth. The braids are not the least bit frizzy nor are the ends of my hair coming untucked from the braid! As long as the quality remains the same, I will continue to be a returning customer 😊 Show more
