Hey, I wasn't closed. I was expecting you and the shop is around back, I didnt get a call or text from you so i simply thought you were a no show

You called the day of on a Saturday to get your hair done. I was taking you in between the appointments I already had. It was literally the day before a holiday and I thought I was doing you a favor by fitting you in. I apologized for the delay and you walked out and didn't come back but you were next.

Hey, you asked for a price of a color. I asked questions about your hair and you told me you have box dye, plus mid length hair. I explained more than 3 times that it's not easy giving that type of price over the phone because I have no idea what the color would come out to without a test strip. You told me you didn't need any of that while I tried to explain why it's not a simple price request because if I give you a way lower price then you would still have left a bad review saying that my pricing is not what I first told you. The reason I recommended another spot was because you were clearly not trying to understand why I couldn't just spill out an estimate, on top of that you sounded either under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. You were not taking my explanation for an answer so I simply told you that maybe you would be better off going to someone who works like that because I don't.
