Diabetic Pedicure

Erika didn't show up for my appointment. I was told by a staff person at the diner that she had not been seen at all on 10/09/25. As of today she has ...not responded to a text message or voicemail that I sent. This would have been my first visit. The salon was highly recommend by my podiatrist. I paid for the appointment online. I would like a refund for the service that I didn't receive. I am a diabetic and needed immediate service. I need my funds to go to another salon. Somebody please HELP this senior citizen with this delima. Show more

Truly deserves a 0 star since I never received my service. I booked a pedicure. I paid my prepayment for the pedicure and when I arrived at the Salon ...it was closed. Noone was there and I waited 1 hour to see if someone would show up and no 1 did. I called the salon multiple. Times and no one picked up I finally got someone weeks later and they said they would issue a refund but still haven't. I'm currently going through the process of a refund through my credit card. Hi Ms. Anderson Apologies for your experience with Nurturing Nails. It's no excuse. I sent your money back on cash app. And for your inconvenience I'll do your feet for free any time you need. I know it was an awful experience but I'd really like to make it better if you allow me. Or at least come eat at my diner on me. Breakfast or lunch Monday thru Saturday. Again I sincerely apologize.
