I’ve had two appointments with Sammy so far and both have been great. She really listens and takes the time to understand what you’re actually looking... for, which makes a huge difference. My haircut came out exactly how I wanted, and her blowouts and curls are top notch. The gloss she did at my second appointment was perfect—just what my hair needed. I also really appreciate that she never tries to upsell anything. It feels honest and comfortable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about doing a good job. I’m so glad I found her—she’ll definitely be my go-to moving forward.

As a first time client I had high expectations and it was mediocre at best. I had an appointment & the tech was 15 minutes late (despite having an app...ointment)and I wasn't even greeted at the door upon arrival. I received the "Airplane Mode" pedicure with lukewarm water, "Noise Cancelling Headphones" that were ineffective and a "rejuvenating eye mask" that came out of a packet which I had to apply myself. my nails are still sharp (despite my asking the tech to file them down more) and I'll probably need another pedicure in 2 weeks which is a shame considering the cost. My right great toe nail is uneven from my left and its definitely noticeable. They couldn't even tell me the difference between mode 1 and 2 on the massage chairs.
