I had high hopes for this place based on all of the positive reviews. However, my experience was pretty bad. I am new to town and trying to find a n...ew nail tech. I was loyal to my last one for 6 years but we recently relocated. When I arrived I was seated almost immediately which was great. Overall it took about 3 hours for a dip mani and a pedicure. I don’t feel as though those services should take more than 1.5-2 hours. The woman who did my nails was nice enough, perhaps there was a language barrier or she was new but I ended up being told they didn’t have the color I chose 3 different times. I ended up with toenails that didn’t match my hands. This was disappointing. They didn’t even offer a discount for that. I don’t know if they were just giving me the wrong sample swatches. I did mention something to a different person at check out as I could clearly see all of the different powder dip containers on the back wall. I was told they didn’t have swatches for all of the colors and next time to pick the color off the wall. Although I did choose the first color off the wall as he suggested only to be told they didn’t have it. Not sure what the issue was. Also, it didn’t dawn on me until the end to ask if the color that I had on my toes came in gel. I supposed I could have done clear/white dip and asked for the top coat to be colored gel that would match my toes. Idk the whole experience was just disappointing and rather unprofessional. I might consider going back but I would call ahead to request to be placed with the highest skilled tech. Show more
