NEVER EVER come to this shop to get loc maintenance totally waste of 60 dollars. The lady obviously had no clue what she was doing I have never had my... locs re twisted and been this dissatisfied. She was extremely rough with my hair pulling my locS super tight I had to keep telling her she was twisting to tightly. I asked for a hot oil treatment they told me I need to go buy oil if I wanted a hot oil treatment. I brought my own twisting gel in she barley use it my hair was super dry after she finished. Warning ⚠️ do not get your locs done at this shop!!!

WARNING!!!! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! It is a total scam and they will force you to buy there things otherwise you are banned from ever coming back. ...Terrible customer service screaming at you and not even knowing the language when you ask them a simple question with hand gestures and patience! If you are interested to know why I say this then read bellow what happened to me. I walked in saying hi and asking what is the best quality hair they have and the lady did not know or understood English so I proceeded in looking around and pointed to one hair that I am familiar with and asked her if I can see it and she gave it to me to look at, I was trying to feel the texter of the hair cause I won't buy something I can't feel that will be on my head and that's expensive. The lady was showing me the hair until a man came who spoke English to answer my questions about the product and then proceeded with demanding me to buy the hair because I took it out of the box, he was very ugly with me and yelling when I had explained to him that his employee was showing me the hair and that no one told me I had to forcefully but it if I wanted to touch it. Which by the way the hair was clearly taken out of the box before because of the conditions it was found in! Worst experience ever!!!!
