The shop is lovely. Beautiful decor. Very clean. Lauren was friendly and comfortable. She did an amazing job. Best spray tan I’ve ever had. Sh...e sells upscale products to help enhance your tan. But it’s not necessary. Another perk, she has a wall of fabulous clothing. I would wear every piece. Very upscale and good quality. I’m so thrilled with my experience. Had higher expectations for my spray tan given the reviews were great and the website was clear and easy to use. Unfortunately, this was not my first ...spray tan and probably the worst one I have ever had. Tan was blotchy in several areas, especially on one of my elbows and upper thigh. Felt the tan is overall uneven. Glad I used this as a trial before my wedding because I will not be going back. Show more

Sadly Disappointed — Not What Was Promised I booked a $75 custom contour spray tan with Nina after reading all the glowing five-star reviews. I arriv...ed early for my appointment, excited — until a woman walked in (who I’m pretty sure was Nina) greeted me with nothing but a visible eye roll, making me feel like I was already unwelcome. I then waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, only to find out that Nina wasn’t even the one doing my tan. The woman who sprayed me barely spent five minutes with me — No consultation, No color match, No discussion about the 2/5/8-hour options, and absolutely no contouring. I paid EXTRA for the contouring because I have a modeling event this Sunday. I prepped properly (shaving and exfoliating the night before), yet still ended up patchy and uneven. For a boutique that advertises luxury, the service and results were shockingly careless. I had really high hopes and wanted to become a regular customer, but after this experience, I won’t be back. Customers deserve better — especially when paying for the best service on the menu. Show more
