First time visit Cecilia was super nice and welcoming but.... My hair has not been colored in years. Asked for baylage highlights and low lights. Sh...e applied the color and was only supposed to have a slight red tone. My hair was very red on my scalp. She tried covering up with a dark brown/ash color and that didn't work. I told her I was displeased and she said she thought it would only be a slight red and that it wouldn't be that red. She applied a partial highlight to cover the bold color just on my scalp. It was terrible. My appointment was at 1240 and didn't finish until almost 6pm. She charged me $394. I don't have super long hair. She must have charged me for everything she tried to do to fix her mistake. I definitely don't want something for nothing but the mistake should not be passed along to the client. This was not a simple thing of I disliked the color. My hair was messed up. Show more
