I sent a text to Ms. Mic...helle to make sure I was booking the correct service, in which she assured me that I was and I was able to get in on the same day!!! When I arrived to the salon I was greeted with warm smiles and hello's. I instantly felt like I was right at home and wanted! My hair cut came out exactly how I wanted it to and I was also educated on how to maintain and take care of my hair until my next appointment. First all late 1 hr ask me to drop wig off early in mail slot but $200 wig still on her dirt floor 2 days later. Was not satisfied with the 3 hour wig... installment and told her at appt but mind you ive spend 4 hours already. I contacted her next morning and she agreed to make it right when i get off work. Again she is not at the shop, her 5 o'clock client sitting in her car outside shop, and i sat for almost a hour before i left. I was only late due to unforeseen circumstances, specifically a flat tire, which I previously discussed with you. You even assisted me in that situation, so I am perplexed as to why you are now attempting to disparage me. Despite your satisfaction with my services over the past year, it appears that you are unhappy with the quality of the lace wig. I had explained on multiple occasions that simply because a company claims a product is of high quality does not necessarily mean it is. Furthermore, your daughter's change of heart regarding her haircut was beyond my control. As a professional, I understand that it is impossible to please everyone, and I hope you find the best solution for your needs. I wish you well.
