I wanted to be fair and give myself time to really look at the cut. You did a great job up until the last trim that I asked for. Then you went too far... into my cheeks and totally lost the little 'notch' that I had next to my mustache. By the time I realized where you were cutting back, it would have been too late to say anything, and the results would have been the same. It will now take me 3-4 weeks to let my beard grow, allowing me to start resetting the original line I had. While it was very nice talking to you, the fact that I left with my beard not really being what I needed it to be was a disappointment. I do wish you luck in all your endeavors. However, I will not be returning as a customer. Show more
