When I originally booked, I booked the week in advance the day of my appointment she reached out and initially needed to reschedule which I never book...ed with her and I didn’t need her service after that day. I just needed it for that day for an event so basically I asked for my deposit back and she said the apps take the deposit. All I can do is use that deposit for another appointment I stated it again I will not need her for future services. I just needed her for right now for convenience. I rescheduled thinking I would feel comfortable going to her, but since my first initial appointment was rescheduled basically canceled without any consultation, forced to have to use that deposit for an appointment in the future when again I will not need her services moving forward past that day so no I couldn’t get my deposit back and no I couldn’t use her services when she’s the one who rescheduled same day last minute she then later agreed to do my hair that day, but I did not feel comfortable because I did not want you to rush my hair or not feel comfortable doing my hair if you had an family *********** UPDATE:: after I left my review, this lady harassed me threatened to beat me up and called me out my name. It was very disrespectful as you can see in the text messages she needed to reschedule me on the day of my appointment. I also told her to continue with canceling because I will not need her services beyond that day. I also told her that I don’t wanna be forced to have to book with her because she doesn’t want to return my deposit when she can’t do my hair and granite I hope the child is OK but if you have to reschedule me on the day, I need you that’s canceling on me law enforcement is involved now Show more
