Went in for my appointment on July 6, 2024 the Young Lady that Ronda had to do my hair. Did a nice job until the end when she placed all my hair in in...dividual rods and into the steamer, The young. Lady burned my right shoulder with the Hot streaming water and yes I was in tears crying. She was scared to call Ronda The owner and I told her she need to call her right now. All my money was refunded back to me except my Deposit of $25. When I texted Ronda and she did not reply back to me. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK there. The part I didn’t like is when Ronda the owner came back in she asked me why was I crying ( this shit is hot Scullin water, this is not no water straight out the faucet) it’s steaming hot water😡😡 5stars went to a 1star Show more

I gave you the $212 without you asking for it and you didn’t even want to accept it but insisted on receiving a $100 refund. I beg to differ the statement “Miss Monica are you crying?” What I said was Awww you’re crying Ms Monica, I’m sorry. I’ve sent you the $25 deposit you requested, in total , you received the full payment you made despite the fact that we all knew it was a mistake. Stay blessed 🙌
