I wanted to give my experience on Friday 7/25 zero stars but the pedicure turned out good so I will give it one star. My gel pedicure with French went... well besides the technician cutting my cuticles too close and making me bleed. My full set acrylic with Gel and French on the other hand, I would give one star. I usually do my own nails but since I had a very important event over the weekend I wanted to get them professionally done. Before deciding to write this review I wanted to see how long the nails would actually last. I asked for a simple pink/white almond gel French set with a single gold swirl on each nail. After my pedicure we went to the chair to do my full set. My cuticles never got pushed back to be trimmed (I ended up having to do this myself when I got home), the design did not come out as asked (even had a reference picture up), and the acrylic was not fully covering my nails. I had asked to fix the French and it did not come out how it was supposed to. The acrylic was uneven and the length is shorter than what I asked for. Now 4 days later on 7/29 one of the nails has completely come off, multiple are lifting, and one of my thumbs gel completely came off (I work in a hospital so my nails are always protected by gloves). I am highly disappointed with my experience there especially since I paid $120 for it and it’s already coming off 4 days later. Reference photo, and set as of today 7/29. Show more

I love this location and the service. They are so clean and kind. One suggestion-I make my appointments on Booksy, but everytime I go, they never seem... to have my name on the appointment list, even if I book 1-2 weeks in advance. While I have never had a problem with them taking me at my requested time, I know others who have. a better appointment system would help. - Show more

The atmosphere was inviting; very nice. While there is always room for improvement, the service from two different technicians was great. I had a re...gular French pedicure, and a French acrylic nail fill. When I made the appointment on the app I was quoted a price of $80.00. I was charged $95 and in addition I gave each technician a tip. No explanation was given for the increase in price and I honestly didn’t feel like hassling. I was happy I had the extra cash. I will not be using the app again should I choose to revisit this establishment. Show more

I have been a regular customer here for a few years now because I like how my nails turn out. However, I have told myself on multiple occasions that I... need to find a new salon due to the lack of professionalism. I use Booksy to make my appointments and 9 times out of 10 I have arrived to the salon to be told that my appointment wasn’t written down, they didn’t know what I was there for (even though the booking info is very specific), etc. Sometimes they would have a tech available to take me anyway, and other times I would be asked to wait while they called someone to come in on their day off which would leave me waiting for long periods of time. I’ve been patient (again, I do like how my nails have turned out) but today was the last straw. I again showed up with an appointment to be told that no one wrote it down and they would have to call someone to come in. I waited while they tried to find someone to come in before I decided enough was enough. I let them know that this has happened to me way too many times and I would be leaving to find a new salon to take my regular business. The receptionist did not even offer an apology which after years of business would have been the least she could have done. If you have a lot of time to sit around and wait there are techs here that do a nice job, but if you are a busy mom like me looking to squeeze some “me time” into your hectic schedule this is not the place for you.
