I booked the appointment for my girlfriend as a surprise. When she arrived, the service was great, and she really enjoyed the treatment. However, when... it came time to pay they told her that the card it was booked with was just a "place holder." So instead of billing my card on file, they made her pay out of pocket. This was very frustrating as it defeats the purpose my booking this experience for her. Show more

Hi Steven, we’re sorry about the misunderstanding. When you book online, before you confirm the appointment, it states our cancellation policy and then says “Your card details will be securely stored, but no charge will be made at the time of booking. You will only be charged if you violate the business's Cancellation Policy.” We do not have an option to charge the card on file for a completed appointment. The card on file is only held to protect ourselves from no shows and late cancellations.

Requested a female tech on my reservation. Still got a male who barely talked to me. My fingers were all dyed from the dip, was never asked to go wash... my hands. No cuticle oil was ever applied after. Had to apply my own when i got home cause they looked so dry. Guy was more worried about how much I tipped. I never get manicures, for this exact reason. It costs so much for sub par service and a mediocre mani. Show more

I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but unfortunately this visit didn’t go well at all. The technician seemed rushed and started working on my... nails even before my actual appointment time. He assumed I had acrylics and began aggressively filing down my natural nails, which only had a gel manicure on them. Once he realized the mistake, he suggested adding an acrylic top — but by then, the damage had already been done. My nails were filed way too short on the sides, leaving several of them nicked and uneven. A few were visibly crooked, and I had to ask for them to be reshaped. The skin around my nails was cut so aggressively that some spots were nearly bleeding by the time I left. The worst part is that this completely ruined my nails. I’ve always had strong, healthy natural nails — now they feel paper-thin and like they could bend or break at any moment. It’s going to take months for them to grow out and recover. All of this could have been avoided if the technician had simply asked a few clarifying questions before starting, instead of rushing into things. Extremely disappointed, especially given how great my previous visits had been. Show more
