Hello Emanuel Hill, bro you have my personal number. If I didn’t pick up the phone it’s simply I didn’t hear it ring or I was away from my phone. You can always send me a text. I always go out of my way to ensure you experience a great service. We've had a total of 17 haircut appointments and they all been great experiences. It was three times you was a no show on me and one cancellation on your behalf. I did not get upset or charge you any higher fee. This evening, I was present at the shop waiting on you to come. The bad review wasn’t warrant, but I still accept you as a client/cousin if you return. 🙏🏿

Hello Matthew, you were charged the standard price for a haircut which is $35, but you received a fade which is more. Also, you wanted a hard part and your mustache lined up. I only charged you $10 extra for the hard part and mustache trim I trimmed your mustache down and will refund you for that service if it’s too low.
