I had a gel pedicure appointment for 11:30. I didn’t specify who I wanted for this service. I will never do that again. Unfortunately, the technician ...I did have gave me the quickest pedicure I have ever had in my life. He kept looking around instead of focusing on my service speaking to other techs. Today, the day after my pedicure, one of my toenail’s polish is already off. I am very disappointed with this particular service. The gal receiving a pedicure next to me was still receiving a foot massage and she was there before me! Yikes! I will request her technician if there’s a next time. 😫😩 Show more

I paid for a pedicure and manicure with polish and got no polish. I am a guy and I wanted just my pinky nail polish I could not have it done cause the... person who did my pedicure and manicure does not polish nails. I made an appointment through Booksy It’s to be 1 hr sitting was out in less than a hour with no polish on my nails . booksy app confirmed my appointment when I arrived they did not have my appointmentWhy do men get treated different at nail salons? I’m sorry for the misunderstanding. They must have thought you are joking with them about the nails polish. Please come back anytime we are more than happy to polish your nails for you. Everyone comes into our nails salon is treated the same regardless male or male or female.

I love D&K. I have been going there for at least 10 years. The staff is always friendly and kind. The shop is clean and they use the plastic throw awa...y covers in the pedicure basins, as well as new tools for each pedicure. I am always pleased! Show more
