$10 off for a mistake on your end is crazy. I drove over 30 minutes to an appointment only to be told there wasn't a braided, after having a confirme...d appointment. told to come back the next day at 9 only to sit there for 1.5 hours before my hair was started. last time I came the girl used a gel made by the owner, it was amazing. this time idk what this is but my hair already has a white casting and it hasn't even been an hour since I left there. Definitely a waste of my $200+. It's cute, but this is something i will have to take down by next weekend Show more

I didn’t like the fact that an extra 5 dollars was added to my balance. On the web it said $230 for medium tribal braids which is what I thought I wou...ld pay. I forgot the lady name who did my hair. She said 5 dollars is added to every style which doesn’t make sense especially if it is not advertised. Second complaint is the hairstylist talked loud on the phone in my ear the whole time and while I was turned to the side some of her saliva particles landed on the side of my face. I didn’t say anything but knew that was my last time coming there. I also thought Germaine the owner was doing my hair. That’s who I been communicating with. I am a person who gives tips but didn’t feel like it was deserving. Overall she did a great job on my hair! Show more

I'm very disappointed. My appointment was at 8 am. The braider did not appear until 850, almost 9. Of course, it is longer for her to prepare. Could ...not understand English. In the process, I was telling the braider to cut my hair, and too much hair was added, but by her not understanding English. The communication was vague. Contacted the owner did not pick up or called back. But, when the deposit was required, she contacted me. Show more
