I absolutely love my hair 😍, even though Ms. Pamela advised that getting my whole head in Bohemian braids would've been better than getting braids in... the front because of my thin edges, she still slayed my hair, and did an amazing job, I couldn't be happier 😁, she also blessed me in a tremendous way, and I truly appreciate her for that, I love how her hair salon is set up,with everything pink 🩷, even the chairs,when most salons have your typical black chairs, she goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable in every way, I absolutely love her, she's an amazing person, when I get my money right I'll definitely be going back to Ms. Pamela, thank you so much for my beautiful hair style, your work definitely matches the name of your salon 💯✨, cause you most definitely Slayed my hair 💖, thanks again 🥰 Show more

I booked my appointment with this shop on 3/15/25 (Saturday) for 3/20/25 (Thursday) @ 4:45 pm since I work until 4:30 pm. They have done my braids bef...ore and wanted to give them my business again. Pam (owner) texts me at 2pm the day of the appointment, asking if I can move it to Friday. I can't move it since I was heading out of town. After some back and forth, we move my appointment to 5 pm. I get to the salon at 4:40 pm and the doors are locked, with a sign saying be back later. I wait until 5:05 pm then I text her and she said she'd be right there in 2 minutes. When she finally arrives, she says "Your hair is too short, I can't do it. The gal that took care of you the last time isn't here." Credit where it's due Pam did call another shops, apologized profusely and give me a refund. Hopefully I have find another shop to do my hair in 3 weeks for another event. Show more

I’m not sure why you would have left a review after I gave you your deposit back and was able to refer you to other shops that could grip your hair. The reason for your appointment being canceled was due to your hair being too short your services were provided by Shovae. She was at work so you booked under myself I asked you for a picture and never received a picture so when you came to the appointment I realized your hair was too short for me to grip and I will never provide a service if I can’t do it so again sorry for the inconvenience I hope you get it figured out and find a stylist for you be blessed.
