I sent a courtesy text at 7:13, 17 minutes before your appointment at 7:30, and informed you that I was indeed running late due to other clients late arrivals. I then told you that if you want to stay and wait feel free, but you'd be waiting until around an hour out from your appointment time. You said “so at 8:30 comeback?”. I said “Yes, or I can discount you tomorrow for the inconvenience”. I tried to accommodate in every way possible, and you refused and told me to cancel the appointment all together. For you to lie, and try to slander my business is questionable on your character, not mine. Praying for you 🙏🏾
