My style came out so beautiful, exactly the way I imagined it.. but the lady who did my hair was so rough with my tender edges - she didn't care at al...l. I had to tell her at least three times she was hurting my head. She also burned my back with the hot water she was wetting my hair with. I don't know her name, but otherwise I love my hair. I would just prefer someone else next time cause I had to keep my composure to avoid going off on her. Show more

Large corn rolls are not their thing or they didn't have a person who knows how to do that the style I asked for was not executed well I had to take m...y hair down within a week because it looks like my granddaughter did it. I just wasn't pleased with this visit.  Never used old hair for review that was my hair after a week; please don't disrespect me because I didn't disrespect your intellect, let's just leave it at that and this is just not this agency's ministry. Y'all can continue to do other types of styles and be successful, y'all be blessed. And based on this response from this review, instead of just taking the constructive criticism, you chose to attack my intellect or make it seem like I was being deceitful. Be real. Finally, I just wanna add that I will never come back and that is OK. You ladies are going to continue to be successful. That is awesome. But y'all need to cleanse your spirits and your energy in that place, it's sour and disgusting, now please be blessed. And next time instead of trying to clap back, just delete the review it'll save us all. Show more

Very sweet, professional and prompt! Braids were extremely neat and they always check to see if you’re doing ok during the appointment or if anything ...is too tight. Only thing I would add is that I would like braid size to also match the part size. Large Knotless braids I received consisted of large parts but small braids which does not look right. Show more
