This will be my very first time leaving a review for So Nice Nails. Moved down here in 2015, been jumping from different nail spas because I was never... satisfied. Fast forward to 2021, had one if my nail chipped while at work, and it was freshly done two days from a previous nail salon. Found So Nice Nails on google which was 5 mins down from my job at the time, booked an appointment and was assigned to Mai. It has been 5 years, and I'm still here seeing my girl Mai. She knows her stuffs and always helps me out when my brain fails to pick a color or style and if she thinks the color looks bad on me, she will let me know also lol. She connects with her clients and never disappoints. Love the atmosphere and everybody that works here, so check them out! Show more

I am very pleased with results if my dip gel nails by Mai every time I make an appointment! I usually am unsure of my color selection when I arrive. H...owever, Mai always offers good suggestions; eager to show me new ideas and techniques. I have been going to her for about a year now. Love the light pink ambre with a chrome finish today. If I book an appointment for $55 the total shouldn’t be $70. That woman at the front has the nastiest attitude ever! I only return for Mai because she... does a great job! I don’t like being taken advantage of. My last appt was $60 and today, $70 for the exact same thing… French dip.. it’s exhausting! When I book it’s listed for $55. At my last appointment Mai said the prices went up $5 and “blame it on Trump”. We laughed it off and moved on. But today it’s $70. Treat your loyal customers as such. Today was rushed as you can see the polish on my skin, which I understand busier days. Just don’t treat me as if I’m crazy. I have referred countless people to your establishment, but today was unacceptable. That girl at the front is the worst! If Mai took private appointments, I’d book with her for life! Anyway, make sure you have extra money when you go in here… things change week to week, and she’ll argue with you as if you’re lying. My last set (French dip powder) was $60. Today I paid $70 for this design that I didn’t ask you for. I’m a neutral girly and Mai recommended this design. Anyway, for $70 I could have gotten a full spa treatment. Prices shouldn’t change week to week. And Mai did my French set 3 weeks ago! Show more

Well, I asked for a basic pedicure and manicure and that is what I got. The nail technician lacked customer service, didn't offer a beverage nor pulle...d out my chair. In my experience, this is supposed to be part of the service. And she drew blood as plucking hangnails. Affordable so I guess that's a plus; however, I probably won't be back. Show more
