Helgrit is such a wonderful person who is brimming with an incredible amount of knowledge. Upon arrival for a session she always asks "How can I help ...you today?" This is powerful because she actually has the ability to make your massage unique and hep you with problem areas and injuries. Last year she completely eliminated crippling wrist pain through soft tissue work. Nothing else had worked but she fixed me! I always leave feeling great and my body thanks her for it! Show more
