I have been to the Swing Zone 2 times now to practice and play the Pebble Beach Golf Links simulation in hopes that it will help me when I play the re...al thing soon! The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well! This past time I went I had "The Birdie" chicken sandwich and fries and was very tasty. It all came out hot and did not take long at all. I would highly recommend Swing Zone and in Houston is a great alternative to play with friends indoors instead of sweating your butt off outside. Oh yeah both times I went were on Monday and a Tuesday while they have their $25 and hour special. Show more

Fun and seemed accurate in simulating the shots! The only suggestion I would have is that at some point, they upgrade the projectors to higher resolut...ion. The video is a little bit hard on the eyes and not as realistic looking as some of the newer golf video simulators. Show more

First time here- booked bay online. When we arrived there were only 2 employees working neither of whom could be bothered to greet our party of 4. I k...new we were in bay #2 because I got my online confirmation so we made our way to the bay. We were never greeted or given an orientation on how to use the system- spent the first 20 minutes of the 90 we paid for trying to set up the computer. Disappointed to find out there was no left handed sensor in our bay ( it did say that on the confirmation, but I didn’t notice) however I noticed the other bays with left handed sensors had no left handed PLAYERS!! Maybe that question should part of booking a bay - or better yet make all bays playable for all players. The price would’ve been good if we were able to get our full 90 minutes of play time but the service was completely absent. Never doing that again. Show more

It was my first experience. The service was very good and attentive. I just believe it’s too expensive. I can go play a full round for close to what ...1.5 hours costs. On the business side, I got ROI and Overhead if you pay 10k for a bay and add improvements of 65%, your 1 year ROI is about $320. Per week and so you only have a break-even at 7.2 hours weekly at the $45 per hour rate. So IMO it would be more attractive at $25 per hour and then I would come back AND spend money on food. The staff was very attentive while we were there. The game/bays themselves were fun and we enjoyed ourselves. I think the only issue I could mention... is with putting. It is very clunky and compared to other aspects, not very realistic. Show more

I typically LOVE swingzone and have always had 5 star experiences there. Unfortunately this day was extremely disappointing. We reserved a bay to wa...tch the masters on Friday during lunch, and to play a masters style course on the simulator. Much to our dismay - the internet was down, so there was no TV for the Masters, and only two basic courses to choose from on the simulator. What really soured the experience is that the staff didn’t seem to care or to try to offer or do anything to make up for this other than a tiny discount. Show more
