Worst experience I’ve EVER had with Booksy. I asked for a cat eye lash extension. I instructed her to use 8mm and max 12mm. This lady played in my fac...e for 2 hours!! I was horrified when she handed me the mirror. There are gaps between the lashes, they’re not full. And my eyes have 2 different lengths and looks to them. NO CAT EYE IN SIGHT!! Don’t believe me look at the pictures. She also didn’t have a fan so she’s waving a paper over my eyes while the tears are falling and my eyes are red & burning! In reply to this pretend lash lady: when booked my appt, the discount was 15% off which bought the fee from $75 to $66. When I expressed I wanted a cat eye in my notes, you said it was an additional $20 and I had to pay that up front via cashapp which I did. Once u were done and I expressed I didn’t like the lashes, that the eyes didn’t match, that there were gaps between the lashes, and wasn’t a full set then u told me to take $20 off. I’d rather you say I don’t know how to do a cat eye & cancel my appointment. Instead you pretended to be a professional in an area you’re unqualified. You might just wanna stick to doing hair & remove lashes from your menu! If u were a real business owner, u would have been apologetic and moved on. I’m not beat for the money, I paid for a service that didn’t get met. And what job u telling? I get lunch & breaks that’s how I know u know nothing abt holding a job! Now I gotta pay someone else to take these six lashes off and do them the right way. Show more

I grabbed both fans they weren’t charged, it wasn’t no burn before YU got up or I wouldn't allowed you to do so. I also offered to fix what you didn't like. I only play with kids but you played with your job by stealing time, how you on the clock getting lashes? Also apologized you feeling the way you do!! I doubt your job would like that! And as always my pleasure 🫵🏼😘‼️
