I asked for a trim and mind you I have very thick hair with layers so itโ€™s supposed to be cut a certain way.it ended up being choppy which has never h...appened for me.there was a little bit of miscommunication on my end of what I was wanting/expectations for my hair cut but never had a choppy cut.thereโ€™s no blending,texturizing at all.everything just looks and felt so uneven Show more

Yes as we talked about in text I was going to fix it for you, I took accountability and apologized. Your hair is just so thick which ends up being a bit more choppy which I explained. I think it's wrong you sent a review before it being fixed. Also that was not the layers I cut I did long ones so I am assuming, when you got home you tried to โ€œfixโ€ them.
