At the time of this review , I have done the following : Red Light Therapy Room , it is on point . You have a choice of a massage table to lay on or a... nice comfy chair to sit in and relax. Salt Booth : I have been to other salt rooms , what I enjoy about this one is it's a enclosed booth. So you are getting full benefit of breathing in all the salt. Very beneficial for your health , especially if you have worked in a factory , a former smoker , been around any kind of polluted air . Your body will thank you! The Bemer pad : I had no experience or knowledge of this until finding this place. And I will share how I know it works. The attendant that day let me know that some people feel it , some people don't . It is to go to areas of your body that need extra TLC , along with other stuff (my way of explaining ) I had previously been having work done to my hip and the soas muscle . This is exactly where I felt the energy move when being on this Bemer pad. Amazing ! Again you have 2 options of a chair to sit in or a nice lounge chair to fully relax in . The Foot Detox : This is my second time with this and how I know it works . My first time it was full of All the yucky things coming out . The second time , only 2 colors appeared . The first time I got very sleepy afterwards , the second one was a feeling of relaxed . Not as much extreme fatigued feeling. The sauna : Well it's a booth and it is a lovely space for you to unwind , meditate in , All the things . Every room has so much Love put into it by the design, the music , the lighting , water bottles , towels. Whoever done it has thought of All the things a person may or may not need while getting their healing on here !! So Don't wait any longer to go check this place out . You will be so glad you did. I was very excited about this appointment as there are so many benefits to red light therapy and all the other service that they have to offer. Howeve...r, this was my first time there and I felt the customer service was very poor. The girls seemed annoyed that I was there. This was my first time and I got no guidance on the process. When I was done I had to go find someone so that I could pay. There was nobody in sight. I probably will not be back. Show more

We are so truly sorry we weren't able to offer you a great customer experience on this trip. The team feels awful. We have just recently added the red light and the foot detox, and with it being February, we have been so extremely busy, which has been a blessing and a new balancing act we have not perfected. We've added staffing, but I guess the girls still felt like they were getting pulled all around and struggling to catch up, and for that, we are truly sorry. We would love to make it up to you and offer you a free visit to come back and see us again.
