I thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minute session with Melissa. She has more than average finger and hand strength (would dare not challenge her to an arm or ...pinky wrestling match!) and was able to find a knot in my arm/shoulder (a recurring swimming issue with my weak/left arm) and pop it loose. I swam the day after with little to no discomfort. Her technique is very solid - the rolling motion nearly went right through me, tingles, but was ultimately soothing and I walked out afterwards feeling fully relaxed, recharged and 100% better. I also enjoyed the studio space - ultra clean and quiet - very little if any noise from the streets or cars. I’ll be back, regularly, thank you 🙏 Show more
