Using the info I've shared, her extensive knowledge of the body and healing modalities and her well developed intuition, Autumn provides deeply healing sessions. Working through both light and deep touch, she provides therapeutic manipulation that addresses my long term imbalances and problems. When we end the session, she often suggests simple movements or mindful exercises that I can use at home to support improving function.
