I got my nails done here before and I loved the experience but today I did struggle with my nail tech. I believe her name is Katy. Although she seems ...super sweet, my service felt rushed the entire time. I’m a bit particular about my nails, but no more than someone should be for the cost of nails today. Getting my nails done is one of the only things I really do for myself, and as someone who is in the beauty industry, I like my nails to look nice. For $55 dollars a fill without any cuticle work, I like my nail shape to at least match lol I don’t know if the tech was just having an off day which is fair, we’re human…but I did end up going back in after sitting in my car for a few minutes and someone named Diane fixed the shape for me. I’m grateful for the fix. I understand time is money but 22 minutes to do a hard gel fill seems pretty rushed. Some people work faster than others but I definitely felt like an inconvenience and not a customer with the original nail tech. Show more

Really disappointing. I booked a super VIP manicure with French. When I walked into the salon, the front desk lady confirmed with me that I was there ...for a super VIP manicure. I received a basic manicure with several items missing like no paraffin treatment, no hot stones, no mask, no scrub, etc. I did not receive a super VIP manicure as booked. The lady did not speak to me at all except for "go wash your hands" and "all done." She spoke to her friends the ENTIRE time I was there and it felt like I was annoying her by having to work. The French was also horrible. Lines uneven or broken. I have nails that are different lengths (incredibly noticeable). I should have listened to the reviews, but wanted to give them a chance. That was my first and last time at this salon. I do not recommend. Show more

This salon is wonderful! This was my 3rd time coming here and I will be back. The salon is clean and nice. The staff is welcoming. My nails and pedicu...re are exactly how I wanted them. The prices were reasonable. Show more
