The first time I booked with ARCH they cancelled on the same day. This is a review for the second time - they were running 25 mins late. The woman wor...king on reception let me know they were running 10 mins late via text which was helpful. I had to forgo the polish portion or I would have been running late to my next appointment. The technical aspects of the service were good. The manner in which the service was delivered wasn’t. I imagine the operations of the business understandably have a knock-on effect to staff morale. Dr. Archer is a very kind doctor who educates you as she diagnoses and recommends care. I have seen her for years. Most importantly I have chronic ten...dinitis for years and Dr. Archer recommended PRP if non invasive methods didn't work. Well I finally did the PRP injections and the injury is much better. My range of motion dramatically increased. Dr. Archer told me all the pros and cons, and gave a really detailed post procedure protocol. I didn't think my tendinitis would ever be improved but PRP really helped. It will potentially take multiple injections though to reach your desired state. I did 2 which is the minimum required and really showed improvement. Show more
