My overall experience was okay. The stylist said that a wash was not included, but the website said it was. She did honor that & wash my hair, but not... throughly imo. When my hair was done, I still have hair out of my locs and my style doesn’t feel finish. I requested 2 strain locs & the ends are not rolled. The 2 strain locs are unraveling at the end because of the way the locs were not twisted together. The stylist was very nice though!! Show more
