Tape in Extension + Color

Dani done a color and added my tape in extensions. The color was great, but she does not know how to put tape ins in. I was there for close to 4 hours... for the whole process but she still didn’t do half of what was supposed to be included in my service. After putting all of my extensions on top of one another in the back of my head, she didn’t have any left to put on the sides by my face. She also skipped toning my extensions and didn’t bother to straighten and cut them to blend. She told me to “come back later” to get that done. I had so much hair in the back of my head that I couldn’t even sleep at night it hurt so bad. I had to have someone else take them out and reinstall 2 days later, causing me to be out more money. I asked her for a refund for the install and she refused. Needless to say, but I won’t be a returning client. Show more
