I was hoping to come and get my nails done with some relaxation but I was tense most of the time because the nail tech, Nikki had such a bad attitude.... As soon I sat down, I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she said, "ok". When the length wasn't right, she sighed and then when I asked for more color, it was if she was a teenager; sighed extra, grabbed, pushed my hand away, talked low where I couldn't hear. It was uncomfortable. I had a resting bitch face the entire time. I love coming here for Leon and other regular nail techs who are welcoming but unfortunately this is the second time I get the stand in techs with attitudes. I have two nails techs on my shit list now and am thinking of going elsewhere. I had to give her half the tip I usually give the techs when they truly deserve it because I know they work hard-this just sucked. Pics below of what I wanted vs. what I got Show more

I always go to a house tech but I was visiting LA and needed a quick nail fix. My thumb nail broke off days later and I have never had that happen bef...ore and the charms came off really easily. They made my nails too thin and broke my nails so I have to regrow my natural nail. Probably won’t ever come back Show more
