I brought my 12 year old daughter in for a much needed haircut. Rachel did a great job talking to her and getting input on what kind of cut she wanted... and how she liked to wear and style her hair. After “the best head massage of my life” in the shampoo bowl Rachel gave her an excellent cut and style. My middle schooler walked out a bit more confident and loved her hair.
