This was an AMAZING experience! I wanted knotless with human hair and she did an excellent job. People always say you can't get a clean look with huma...n hair...they were proven wrong! She expertly tamed my natural kinky hair into these knotless boho braids and I can't give her enough praise! She is also friendly and professional. She got me out of that chair in a short time without compromising quality. Two people worked on my hair at the same time...one being her. I'm already planning my next style. However, I think I may get the same style. If you want to treat yourself, it's money well spent. What you ask for is what you get. Not that crazy nonsense of "close enough". She also has a gentle hand. You won't be sleeping sitting up or have any need to grab an aspirin. The shop is also clean and maintained. Show more

I went in on 5/8/25 for crochet in the back and individuals in the front. I loved my hair upon leaving. I was told this style should last me awhile bu...t here it is 5/28/25 and the braid has already unraveled causing some of the crochets to come out. This is the exact same thing that happened to me twice at Zion’s braiding as well. They both may have to consider sewing the braids down to prevent this. *** I didn't leave you a bad review. I stated I loved my hair and I gave you 3 stars. As far as contacting you and coming back I live on the other side of town and take care of a special needs person. I don't have the time to come back and get it fixed or I would have. Again I loved my hair and this was more of a FYI review. Have a blessed day :) Show more

I told you check back with me when there’s anything that you don’t like about your hair . Which I will be able to redo the ones that have problems. The back of your was not braided too tight because I didn’t want it to hurt you and you were aware of that. But you chose not to contact me but to give me a bad review. You even had some left over hair that we could use to fix the back of your hair.

The goddess braids was 275 and they were twisted at the end instead of being braided. You make an appointment and you do not get in the seat at that t...ime because they are taking walk-ins. The curly part of the braids where short and not uniform with the braids making it look like it was curly at the top and the rest of the braids are just long at the end and my daughter said the girl didn’t even look like she knew what she was doing because the owner had to keep coming to show her. SMH never again. If I could reply to your comment I would but my appointment time was not 2pm if you guys started my daughter hair at 11:30am and we stalled looking for hair because you didn’t have a lot of options or not the right color she wanted so she settled and your right 3 weeks later because I came to Booksy to book another appointment and it asked for a review about your company and I gave my honest opinion and like I said before never again you do not put people in the chair at their appointment time and I also told you that we were leaving for Chicago that’s why I stressed the issue about timing and the appointment time was for 10:30am not 2pm hun. We are both entitled to our own opinion, you have a great day!!!! Show more
