The barber my son usually sees here is great. Professional, and communicates well with us. My son is only 5, and he works so well with him. Unfortunat...ely our schedule is very tight on time, and we couldn’t book with him, so I scheduled with another barber there. Arrived at our appointment time, and he said he was running late and it’d be about 20-25 minutes, and we could wait or see someone else. I told him that was fine, we’d wait. We waited for almost 45 minutes, he never checked in with us, no one else checked in to see if we could be helped. My son fell asleep waiting. Even though my kids waited patiently, you can’t expect a 2 & 5 year old waiting that long. At the 45 minute mark I walked out. No one attempted to reach out to me, and appt was marked as “finished.” Which it wasn’t Show more
