I visited today for the LUNA 99 Balayage promo, but since I wanted a brighter and more vibrant finish, the instructor recommended upgrading to the NOV...A product with Optiflex(?). I’m so glad I went for it! The result? Exactly what I was hoping for—a brighter, softer balayage that still looks natural and blends beautifully with my hair. The tone is fresh, dimensional, and really brings out light around my face. For a school, they did such a phenomenal job giving me the hair I wanted and more (after I got it done at a salon and was unhappy with the results). T...hey asked for inspo pics and hair history every time someone new checked on me, talked me through what was possible for my hair, gave me options to decide my total amount, and overall delivered. It was a plus that they finished my hair within 6 hours when it usually takes 8 hours! I would come back for my touch up to continue supporting them! Show more
