She’s incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process. The highlight? The neck massage while washing my hair and honestly, it relieved so much tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. It felt like a mini spa moment and made the whole experience even more relaxing. I remember my first appointment and honestly it was the best experience I had in about 6 years with hairstylist’s. Many things went so well during my ...appointment to Valeria being very friendly and funny but also very helpful to my hair and telling me what was good and wrong in a very helpful way and then the most memorable moment was when she was washing my hair and gave me a scalp and neck massage. IT WAS AMAZING. I felt so calm and relaxed and idk what it was but i haven’t forgot about it since. And this appointment i had yesterday didn’t disappoint me at all and was amazing per usual and i got this beautiful haircut with layers. She knows what she is doing and does it wellll.
