10/10 recommend! Normally I’m nervous when I arrive at appointments with a new stylist but I was very relaxed and comfortable! I’ve had scalp analysis... before but this was by far the best! It didn’t feel rushed, I got to actually analyze my areas with her. It was just overall a great experience. Even the conversation! So gentle! I’ve considered myself “tender headed” all my 34 years and when i tell you things the first time I’ve walked out of a service without pain ...or even having any discomfort while sitting during the service. It’s been a few months since my last retwist and some of my new growth was tangled and separating it didn’t even hurt.
