Hello Katie, again I’m so sorry for the wait. I’m showing via checkout and cameras that your last service was finished 15 minutes behind. Again I'm so sorry my staff was running behind on cuts, sometimes it just can't be helped. I want to assure you though that yall were not skipped. Per our email earlier in the week there was a booking already in between the spots you booked for the boys. So by the time you booked there was someone that would be going in between your appointments. I’ll see if I can upload that photo to here on Booksy, if not I'll email it to you showing the booking order. Again, I hate people having to wait any at all and I sincerely apologize for that. Hope you give us another shot on the wait time! 😊 you’ll never be skipped though.
