I'm very sorry for your inconvenience. I spoke with the person who helped you and he told me that he could only do the rollo not the blow-dry, so you dint wasn't a complete service. I know it's not justifiable because we are professional client should never leave a halfway through. I will take your comment into account so that this never happens again. I'm truly sorry for your displeasure.
