Her first service was good. She showed up 15 minutes late in which I was understanding. I scheduled her for 8 feed ins, a trim and a wash and condit...ion for my sister. (3 services) I let her know I was going to be 30 minutes late but I would take off one of the services to allot more time for the braids for my sister. She tried to tell me she would have to do less braids. How? When I already took off a 30 minute service to make up for the 30 minutes that I was tardy for? Very inconsiderate and seems very greedy to me and this is why I won’t be returning. I paid 26$ so believe me, that’s not the reason why she got a 1 star. Show more

Taking off service wouldn't allow more time for braids as you were already late. This individual scheduled another appointment for Saturday , June 29th for her sister's feed in braids that she Cancelled the same day , at the Last minute saying she was going to be 30minutes late while being unappreciative of the fact that I was empathetic & still willing to take her, fitting her sister's braids in even though she was late, but could not provide the same accommodation scheduled given the fact of her unapologetic tardiness. She then Decided to cancel minutes before the appointment instead of showing up for her scheduled appointment because she said her sister was "picky" . Afterwards, she then went back to change her (originally) 5star review to a 1 star review after learning her $26deposit wouldn't be refunded due the inconvenience of the late notice. Everyone is intitled to their own opinion(s) However the FACTS still remains THE FACTS here: This individual could have taken advantage of the opportunity I provided to communicate effectively but bottom line is that she does not respect this salon and clearly feels she should have been accommodated no matter the circumstances with no regard for clients' appointments afterwards. I hope everyone gets to view this and sees this as an example of how I value professionalism and also respect everyone’s time while also asking for the same respect in return. *THAT IS NOT GREEDY*. We're content you've decided to seek other alternatives🥰
