Catherine was very welcoming and fun. She did a great job on my son’s two strand twists and moved sooo quick through the whole process (including comb...ing out his hair and a shampoo). I was greeted by name, and that was mind-blowing to me. She was very professional and I could tell that she knew what she was doing.
