I’m just gonna be honest, you didn’t listen to what I wanted the 1st time and you did the exact same thing the 2nd time. A great stylist listen’s to t...heir customers especially when they’re paying their hard earned money and I was highly offended that you had a problem with me telling you it wasn’t cut short enough, the audacity of you throwing your hands up in the air and saying “here we go” tells me you’ve had unsatisfied customers before”, all you had to do was say, okay , I’ll cut it down some more, let me see the video again. But instead you made comments with a attitude and talked nonsense, then admitted that what i showed you I was right and that you didn’t see it at first. You made me feel like I was wrong for saying something and for that this will absolutely be my last time using your services and I’ll neva refer anyone to you . I also wanna mention that I noticed your energy was off when I walked up, you didn’t speak and im coming to your business, this is why I made a funny comment about you “didn’t have to clean up for me” when you were at the door sweeping. I said that to break the ice and still you weren’t friendly and it was just plain weird AF!! Whatever you have going on pray about it and keep that from clients. I hope to never experience this anywhere else as I find myself being on this journey of finding a new hair stylist because my mom who’s done my hair since I was 13 has retired but she will gracefully come out of retirement to blend the back of my hair because you did a terrible job. Have a better day than you did yesterday. Show more
