As you know the shop is where I can guarantee my quality level; it always comes out as you want at the shop because I have the correct environment to perform a professional-quality service in my shop. As we discussed, the area where this cut took place was a hindrance because it wasn't well lit as my normal work environment (my work location: shop). I know you are satisfied but I have to specify so that anyone reading the review will understand that this cut was not at my professional location.
