Two out of three times we've been, Bart was running behind schedule. Just recently he was 40 minutes past our appointment time. He sat my son in the ...chair and completed his 30 minute haircut in 17 minutes. He never acknowledged our wait or apologized. Both would have gone a long way in my book. With that said, the haircut did come out really nice. Show more

I had a 1:00 appointment yesterday, 5/28/25 with Wanda. I got to the barbershop, The lights were on, The barber pole was turning, the sign said open, ...the door was locked, I called, the shop, no answer. I left a voice mail message, but no one got back to me. I stayed in front of the shop from 12:50 to 1:20. I have been getting my hair cut there for three years without a problem, now this. This is no way to run a business Show more

Bart & Wanda have both cut my 2 year old’s hair and their... kindness and patience have made him so much more calm and comfortable.
