Lost a 1 year client. I had an appointment for 1pm 6/14/25. Showed up at 1 and was told someone else was just sat with my barber and I’d have to wait!... I understand overlaps and having to wait 10/15 minutes but this person was just sat at my time, now I’m expected to wait 45-60 minutes.There was no apology just an opps. My time is very important to me and they didn’t seem to care. Sucks to because i really liked my barber Raphael, he was great! Show more

we apologize for the problem we tried contact but turns out that another person answered the phone sayed that they already were here next week, and that they didn't had scheduled for today, what we found weird cause it was under the same name, soo we apologized for the mistake cause it was a problem with the system and a miscommunication problem , we apologize have a good weekend

The staff at W&R Barbershop are always courteous and welcoming. I bring my 10 year old son, who loves to play the full size video game at the front of... the shop! They were also kind enough to put a cartoon on the TV closest to his chair while he got his hair cut. The barbers are all very competent and ask both of us how we want his hair cut. I was able to book an appointment when it was convenient for us (next day, but same day appointments were also available). The shop is not very big, but they do a great job! Show more
