Since, you were a new client we did much more talking than usual with a consistent client. This was to identify your skin care needs through a skin analysis. I did not at all record you for 30 minutes. You checked the box consenting to filming & I have the documentation to prove it. Once, you notified me I took it down immediately, so please do not lie on myself or business that is NOT at all true and you know this. Thanks for your feedback, However I hope you find yourself a suitable esthetician. It is completely normal for extractions to hurt, if you do not exfoliate properly which I told you in your session. & the products you were using such as, Black girl Sunscreen had your pores very clogged.
